"Maybe I could paint it," he murmured thoughtfully, looking down at his arm. A coating of paint that would look like skin tone... It was possible, anyway, but he wasn't sure how the metal would take paint unless it was baked-on enamel.

He could bake on some enamel, though. He'd just need a blowtorch.
