"Yeah," he nodded. "Gotta talk 'em into selling, first, but I do intend to buy the building, fix everything up. Add an elevator - not sure where I'm gonna put that in yet - and probably rewire the whole place, just to make sure it's up to code. It's not like I don't know some good electricians now."
